Land owners-
They own the whole place like the unknown if they wanted it and got the hole thing they would be a land owner.

Tartaory owners-
They own 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 sections of a whole land.Also if a land owner says they are not allowed to own any part they must leave UNLESS a fight begings then the winner owns the land and the loser leaves or something.

Note-
Every land haves six sections.
